Lock onto your vision with complete confidence!
I guess you can call this a #TriumphantTuesday post because this is me celebrating a win as I had the opportunity yesterday to do something I love and get paid for it in the beautiful city of Chicago.
I definitely feel blessed to get to do what I do, but to put it simply the number one thing that has helped me lock into my vision for life and be confident in my abilities in creating it is having a healthy sleep schedule.
This means not only get the proper amount of it, but having a sleep routine that allows me to feel in control of my schedule.
With the proper amount of rest I can see things more clearly, I have the energy to do things necessary to create that vision, and I am in touch with who I am / what my strengths are.
So if you are feeling overwhelmed, cluttered, or lacking confidence in areas of your life then I suggest to just start by taking a look at your sleep routine and making the necessary changes to correct it.
Think about this……how can you see something clearly if you’re tired, how can you show up with energy if you’re tired, how can you fully believe in your abilities to reach your goals if you’re tired?
The answer is….YOU CAN’T.
Some people say “they will sleep when they are dead”, but personally I think most people walk around half way dead because they don’t get enough sleep.
In the end what’s the point of living if you’re not going to feel alive as you can be.
