Using your past accomplishments to fuel your greater goal!

Channeling some fall vibes with this throwback of the time I was on the Today Show.

I remember being very present for this moment as being on live tv doesn’t happen everyday, and you can even see the joy in my face as I’m smiling into the camera every chance I got.

What a rush it was, but to be honest though as soon as that moment passed I pretty much was looking towards the next one right away.

In the mix of life it’s easy to keep chasing the highs because they make you feel most alive, but along the way we often forget how far we’ve come or all that we’ve done on to get to where we are now.

I think it’s important to take some time every now and then to reflect and appreciate your past accomplishments big or small, and then use those things to continue to boost you forward.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned is that you have to keep finding a way to fuel yourself to get where you want to go, especially when you reach a comfortable spot on your journey.

So when you hit a low point or a lull point don’t beat yourself up, instead be your biggest fan and remember all the amazingness you’ve experienced / accomplished to get you to this point.
