#FailureFriday returns for round 3 and to show you what you probably should try not to do on your way home from work today.
In this audition I was playing a Dragster and suppose to become completely irate at all of the slow traffic on the highway.
Honesty I don’t think that I have an angry bone in my body so to put it simply this one was a big challenge for me.
Well long story short I didn’t get the job, but I tried and was even able to get to a point where I pretty much felt my blood boiling.
Even watching this again got my heart racing because it caused my mind/body to remember the feeling of anger I had to create.
Well I’m not going to lie anger is a feeling I’m glad I do not feel greatly.
In my opinion there is really no use in getting angry about the things that are out of your control like slow traffic, a failed audition, or something that turned out differently than you had hoped.
When you get angry the only thing that changes with the end result is just the amount of energy you expend and the stress you add to your body.
Remember the way you react is always in your control so why not choose the reaction that feeds wellness not illness because that will help you show up for the next attempt in a better state of mind.
Love,
